n 1995 Jim Hemphill joined Chesnut & Bradley, Inc., a local accounting and tax preparation office. Within a couple years it became Chesnut, Bradley & Hemphill, Inc. In 2009 myself & Richard split and my company is Hemphill Accounting Services, Inc. and he opened CBH Advisory Group in Ft. Pierce. Currently we handle all types of clients, from the small ones to some very large one, specializing in Accounting Services and Income Tax Preparations for Sole Proprietors, Partnerships, Corporation an Non-Profits. We also offer IRS Representation, Payroll Services and Audits, either from the IRS, the State of Florida or for Workers Compensation.
Personally, I’ve been preparing tax returns and handling bookkeeping services for all of Osceola County and beyond for over 25 years and the business has grown unbelievably fast (2009, my office prepared 447 tax returns, We have not completed this year yet but are over 1,130 currently).

Elda has worked with Jim Hemphill since December 2001.
She studied Business Administration at the University of Puerto Rico in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
She is an Enrolled Agent authorized to represent clients before the IRS.
She specializes in accounting and tax compliance for our clients, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, non-profits, fiduciaries and foreign taxpayers.
She provides bookkeeping services, payroll tax returns and prepares monthly financial statements working with QuickBooks and Peachtree for our clients.
